What student did not know the wooden drainer that takes up all the place of his kitchen corner and is never folded since it is quickly transformed into bad annex storage?
The reason ? The drainer is a simple, light but cumbersome object, so it is difficult to sell when not foldable. In order to save  space it must be hanged rather than posed at the edge of the sink (possibly integrated in a cupboard without bottom).
Starting from these simple observations, I studied a few years ago the possibility of creating a foldable white plasticized metallic drainer that meets the concrete problems mentioned above.
Unfortunately, without the collaboration of a company interested in the idea, making a prototype is more difficult than for a chair or lamp
